We want you to love your candles as much as we do!. That being said, your satisfaction is very important to us. We include safety instructions with your order and ask that you take a moment to read them. Here are a few tips to make sure your experience is the optimal.
- Your safety is our number one concern, and we need your help for this process. We have included basic safety instructions on this site, along with recommendations. Your order comes with instructions and of course all candles are labeled.
- Free SAMPLES are available. Scent is very personal so of course we offer samples! Please reach out to request free scent samples. And of course, we always include a few with your orders. Are you floral and light, fruity and sweet, spicy, or woodsy? Let us know!
- In the event that you are not satisfied with your order please contact us within 30 days of purchase. Gift orders are allowed 45 days to allow for return. We will definitely replace with something else you will love, even if that's a refund. We aim to please. However, please understand that our policy is subject to the circumstances of the return; refills are also an option.
- CUSTOM ORDERS: This includes custom vessels, scents or blends. Please email or message us for custom orders to confirm details. Please allow up to 6 weeks for custom orders. All custom orders require a non-refundable deposit at the time of order, which is equal to %40 of the total price.
